Run campus placements like a command centre.

The NeoNeev AI™ College / TPO Portal gives your placement office an AI-powered operating system — from onboarding students to running drives, engaging employers, and generating NAAC-ready reports. Follow the steps below for each section.

Open the College / TPO Portal

Getting started

  1. Sign in at the College / TPO Portal with your institution account (provisioned by NeoNeev AI™).
  2. Open Institution Setup and complete your profile, departments, and degree programs.
  3. Invite your TPO team and assign each member an access level.
  4. Onboard students via Onboarding & Invites (email or roster upload).
  5. Create your first placement drive, then open applications when you're ready for students to see it.

Feature-by-feature walkthrough

Dashboard

Your placement season at a glance.

  1. Sign in; the Dashboard opens by default.
  2. Review the season overview, Placement Readiness Score distribution, and skills-vs-market panels.
  3. Check the department leaderboard to spot which departments need attention.

Onboarding & Invites

Build your student cohort.

  1. Open “Onboarding & Invites”.
  2. Enter student emails (one per line) or upload a roster file.
  3. Send invites — each student receives a branded signup link locked to your institution.
  4. Track invite status (sent → signed up) and resend reminders to those who haven't joined.

Student Cohort

View and manage every student.

  1. Open “Student Cohort”.
  2. Filter by department, year, or placement status to narrow the list.
  3. Click a student to view their profile, readiness score, skills, and resume.
  4. Use this to identify who needs targeted support before drives.

Departments

Per-department placement and skill insights.

  1. Open “Departments”.
  2. Compare placement rates and skill mix across departments.
  3. Identify weak areas and plan training or outreach accordingly.

Placement Drives

Create and run drives end-to-end, with student visibility under your control.

  1. Open “Placement Drives” and click “Create Drive”.
  2. Step 1 — Employer: select an existing employer or add a new one.
  3. Step 2 — JD & AI Parse: paste the job description and run AI Parse to auto-fill roles, skills, and eligibility.
  4. Step 3 — Eligibility: set departments, graduation years, CGPA, and the registration deadline.
  5. Step 4 — Stages: define the process stages (test, GD, interviews, HR).
  6. Step 5 — Timeline & Venue: set dates, delivery mode, and venue or meeting link.
  7. Step 6 — Review: save as Planned or Confirmed. Students do NOT see the drive yet — it stays internal to your TPO team, who are emailed automatically.
  8. When you're ready, change the status to “Applications Open” — only then do eligible students see the drive and can apply.
  9. Use “Shortlist” to review applicants and shortlist candidates; edits to date/venue/eligibility re-notify your team.

Training Sessions

Plan and track placement-prep sessions.

  1. Open “Training Sessions”.
  2. Create a session with a title, date, and target audience.
  3. Track attendance and tie sessions to upcoming drives.

Bulletin Board

Broadcast announcements to your cohort.

  1. Open “Bulletin Board”.
  2. Write an announcement and choose the audience (all, a department, or a year).
  3. Pin critical notices so they stay at the top for students.
  4. Publish — students see it in their portal (and by email where applicable).

AI Email Agent

AI-drafted outreach to students and employers.

  1. Open “Email Agent”.
  2. Pick an intent — invite, drive announcement, reminder, or employer outreach.
  3. Choose your recipients (filter by department, year, or status).
  4. Let the AI draft the email, review and edit it, then send.
  5. Track delivery in the batches view.

Employer CRM & Signals

Manage every employer relationship.

  1. Open “Employer CRM & Signals”.
  2. Add an employer or open an existing record.
  3. Log hiring signals, contacts, and past drives.
  4. Use signals to prioritise follow-ups and plan upcoming drives.

AI Assistant & Reports

Insights and NAAC/NIRF-ready reports.

  1. Open “AI Assistant & Reports”.
  2. Ask the assistant a question about your placement data, or
  3. Choose a report (e.g. NAAC Criterion 5.2 / NIRF) and generate it.
  4. Review and export the report for your records.

Institution Setup & TPO Team

Profile, departments, and team access levels.

  1. Open “Institution Setup”.
  2. Complete the institution profile and add your departments and degree programs.
  3. In “TPO Team & Access Levels”, enter colleague emails, choose an access level, and click “Send invites”.
  4. Invited members receive an email; once they sign up with that address they join your team automatically.
  5. Change a member's access level with the dropdown, or remove them — Head TPO and Admins can manage the team.
  6. Access levels: Head TPO / Admin (full, incl. billing & team), Exec (drives, employers, emails, reports), Dept Coordinator (their departments), Volunteer (edit drives & manage applications).

Billing & Plans

Subscription, limits, and payments.

  1. Open “Billing & Plans” (available to the Head TPO and Admins).
  2. Review your current plan, usage, and student/drive/report limits.
  3. Choose a higher plan and upgrade when you need more capacity.
  4. Complete payment securely via Razorpay; your limits update immediately.
